My friends at Dig In: Real Food Solutions and I are getting down on the farm this summer!

In the summertime, we enjoy the extra hours of daylight and savor the harvest. We entertain and travel more, we’re on the move, and picnics and outings usually mean more ice cream, hot dogs, and alcohol.

We are so excited to be partnering with the team at Stout Oak Farm in Brentwood, NH this season. Together, we’re going to show you how to “follow the food” and eat what’s local and fresh.

We want to help you refresh your summer menu. Our recipes feature healthy ideas for grilling outdoors, fresh salads for picnics, and light dinners, salsas, and snacks.
